MBP late 2013 weird colors Philips TV
Hi,
i know my problem has already been discussed multiple times, but i cannot find a recent enough discussion for OS Sierra. I am on macOS Sierra 10.12.5 and when i want to connect my MBP to my Philips TV via HDMI, the colors on the TV invert/become greenish. Lion 10.7.2 upgrade and HDMI video issue this is the thread that has provided me with the correct answer before the upgrade to Sierra, but since then i cannot seem to find the /System/Library/Displays/Overrides directory (apparently i can't stop writing with that box around the text either now). Anyway, the problem is that i can't find the Overrides folder in the Displays directry. I've tried creating teh folder but it won't let me due to lack of permissions. Anyone know what to do? It's really annoying, having a 2000$ laptop and not being able to connect it to my TV.
Thanks in advance,
Benki
