Why can my Apple ID no longer use iCloud?

I configured my new Apple ID account.

I configured iCloud successfuly but after 10 min I noticed that iCloud did not work anymore. Tried to reconnect but the password was rejected. I changed my password with "retrieve my password". Then I retried to connect to iCloud but I have this error :

 

This Apple ID can no longer use iCloud.

iCloud is no longer available for your Apple ID because your account was deleted. Contact iCloud support if you have not deleted your iCloud account.

 

Does anybody experienced the same issue?

I hope my account was not hacked :/

Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

I am having same issue and i contacted 4-5 time . to apple support (icloud team and apple support)

and even on chat support they are not able to solve...they said ok we understand but you have to talk somebody else..

I don't know how apple is making useless support to customer ...:@

 

Apple support is useless.
