Undo delete button not working on iCloud photo ...

HELP. I don't even know how I did it but I recently upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the 7 & unfortunately I was very confused at how to transfer all of my photos to my new phone by backing it up but I eventually got all of them transferred over. I had over 1,100 photos so I went through & got it down to about 550 but I accidentally clicked the iCloud Photo Library deletion & now it's saying all of my photos & photo library will be deleted in 26 days & the undo delete button will not work. What do I do?
