Ios 11 widget screen scrolling issues

Hi,  after installing ios11.  Besides the disappointing lack of two pane / two column view.  I cannot scroll up and down through widgets (news, weather, etc etc) without it selecting the item the second I lift my finger off iPad screen. 

Any idea’s.  It’s been like it on the latest beta and what appears now to be the final version.

Also on another matter emails get stuck in outbox on iPhone 7 since installing ios11.  Connectivity can be WiFi or 4g.  50% of emails get stuck.  Sometimes refreshing work, sometimes exiting mail and going back in works.  Sometimes I have to reboot phone.

iOS 11 is still in beta and as such no help or discussion of it is allowed here.

No worries.  Just wondered if I was the only one.  Spend quite a bit of time searching and cannot find anyone with same issue.   Other issues have been resolved and Apple themselves responded via the feedback app.  But my other issues have not been replied to yet.

Hi Goldennomad. Have you restarted your devices, power off, not just sleep? That can fix a lot of weird software errors.

Hi Diana, thanks for the reply. I have restarted both devices several times over the past couple of weeks. Sometimes it’s the only way to get emails out of my outbox

I may wipe over the weekend and see if the same issue manifests itself again.
