how to stop "address book source sync"waking ma...

My 2014 mac pro has started refusing to sleep. I have upgraded to Sierra from yosemite but it still wakes after @ 30 seconds from sleep.

If I type "pmset -g assertions" into terminal it says address book source sync stopping sleep. Also mentions IODisplay wrangler, but I don't understand this.

I am not a computer wizard which is why I bought a Mac. But this is ridiculous!

Please tell me how to stop this happening. It seems from the internet I'm not the only one having this problem.
