In app purchases

I bought 2 in game purchases on the 23rd of August, however today when i was trying to update my apps it said that there was an outstanding payment for the in game purchases and i would've thought that it would've been paid the minute i bought it but now due to the fact that i have this outstanding payment and no money on my card, what do i do?

If using a credit card the payment isn't necessarily immediate, the card issuer can, for example, subsequently decline the payment.
