ITunes Store access

Has anyone been able to buy and download songs on ITunes where the services are not available in your country? Please let me know how?

You can't use a country's store when not in that country, it's not allowed by the store's terms of use. If there is a particular song or album that you'd like to be able to download from iTunes you could try contacting the record label, app's developer etc. and ask them to grant Apple a license to sell it there - you could also try requesting it via iTunes, but they won't be able to do anything without the license : https://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
