Ipad 4 turns on and off in a loop during chargi...

I have ipad mini 4 32 gb. I havent use it last 25 days. When I come back home and get it into charge, its turn on and off loop. And continued . What shall I do?

Hi

Try a reboot press the power button down &menu button hold both down until you see apple logo this can take 30 seconds.

Make sure ipad is charged.

You may need to restore using your pc.

But my ipad has zero charge,that it cannot boot or charge either. Even it does not show when I connect to the pc . It just show its logo on and off when I connect to charger. What shall I do?
