Malware disable my Macbook

I think my Macbook is infected by a malware, there is footnote said that I should write an email to apple.help@europe.com which I believed is not a valid apple support email.

I have try to factory reset using:

Power on & Cmd + alt + R

But what shown was another locked screen

Anyone has the same experiences? Is there any solution to this? Thanks
