Only one movie not playing in iTunes Movies

I would like to see one movie and have being trying for days: Suicide Squad.

And that's the only movie my Apple Tv won't show. It would not even load movie info.

On any other movie everything is ok. But when I try to enter movie info on Suicide Squad it would just keep showing the rounding wheel.

Tried to restart, unplug, sign out and back in.

Nothing worked. And the problem is just with that one film. All the rest works fine.

What can I do?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not able to play one specific movie on the Apple TV. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. Since this is isolated to one movie there are a few things you can check. I would recommend you read these articles and use them to help troubleshoot the issue.
 

It may be that there are restrictions enabled on the Apple TV preventing you from seeing blocked content based on film or age ratings.
Use Restrictions on your Apple TV

If that is not the case, are you able to see the content on another computer or device?

If the issue still persists you may want to report a problem. 
Get help with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store

I tried to work with restrictions but no luck. I also tried to bring back my apple tv to factory settings, no luck again.

On other devices I can see movie info with no problem.

Thanks for keeping us updated. So this is isolated to one movie on one device. Another thing you can do is to see if there are any updates available for the Apple TV. 

Update the software on your Apple TV

You can also try to sign out and back into iTunes and App Store and see if the movie will load. 
  1. From the Home screen, choose Settings > Accounts > iTunes and App Store.
  2. Select Sign In, then sign in with your Apple ID and password. 

About the App Store on your Apple TV (4th generation)
