Problem with iTunes movies

Hello everybody

I've got question to you all.
Recently I bought few movies on iTunes. I'm very happy with them.
There isn't any problems when I'm watching them on iPad or iPhone but when I'm trying watch them on my Windows based PC there is a problem.
Problem is that video downloaded on HDD or played via streaming is jamming/freezing for second and continue to play and again and again till end of the movie.
I've latest software to play any type of movie on my Windows based PC. I'm using Windows 10 Professional.

I'm interested to buy more movies from iTunes but this problem is serious for me.
