Problem with Safari on iPad

Hello! It seems that there are some problems with Safari on iPad with lates iOS version 11. While I`m searching net some websites start to freeze or download too slow. Firstly I updated my iPad and got this problem. The same websites works perfectly on another browsers (chrome, for example). On my wife`s iPad iOS 10 there was no such a problem. But when she updated iPad Safari on it also started to slow down.

Someone has such a problem?
