itunes no longer has a music folder

This is a weird one and I haven't seen anyone else have the same issue.  A couple of months back (before the recent 12.7 update), my iTunes started lumping all music files in the top-level folder.  Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, etc., all still have their own individual folders, but Music doesn't, so all my artist folders are now mixed in with the Movies, TV Shows, etc., folders, instead of Music being its own folder at the same level as Movies, etc.

Anyone have any ideas or know what's going on?  Did iTunes change something about the folder structure to get rid of "Music"?  Seems unlikely, but I don't know why this is happening.  I know I may have to consolidate my library, but that will take days so thought I'd throw it out there before having to take that step.
