Apple MusicMatch issues

I have a mid 2011 27" iMac (12,2) running Sierra 10.12.6. Have re-installed and completed ever step Apple has suggested save upgrades (which are in the works).

So I have conclusively proven iTunes Match with Family share Apple Music is broken! After a year of struggling with iTunes Match since obtaining Apple Music subscription, (missing Albums, missing songs, stopping play, etc.) talking for hours with Senior Apple specialists to the point where (when dealing with additional issues, long delays, after installing Sierra) 1 Specialist suggested I buy a new iMac...

My ripped Dires Straights collection is missing from my Music files, although they show up in iTunes as "downloadable". So I download them, and I find several albums in Apple Music folder Vs Music under iTunes Media. So I re-rip one of the Albums and say "Replace" songs.

It still shows as Apple Music Vs Music (ie: Matched). I deleted it from Apple Music and ripped it again (selected replace) from the original CD. It still shows up as Apple Music Vs Matched. So I no longer own my own music. I have to rent it from Apple.

ITunes is broken. Apple is no longer user friendly.
