Issue completing IOS 11 update on iPad Pro

I’ve gone through the IOS update on my iPad Pro but it keeps giving me a message saying “Some account services will not be available until you sign in again.”

When I try to do so, it just keeps hanging once I've entered my iPad Passcode (see screengrab below).

Any ideas on how to fix?
