Technical Issues with Apple Music

Hi,

I have been enjoying using Apple Music for the past couple of months. However, a number of technical issues have begun sprouting up.

1) A few songs, seemingly random, have an empty cloud sign next to them which says 'Waiting' if you hover over it. Now a few of these, but not all, are unavailable to play on my connected iPhone. I do not have this issue with 98% of songs. I am wondering why this is - they play perfectly well on my laptop.

2) When I add songs to my playlists (not smart), I order them by 'Date Added', so the most recently downloaded songs will be at the top. However, when on my iPhone the newly added songs are put at the bottom of the playlist which is most irritating. I have fixed this before by duplicating the playlist and resyncing my iCloud with my iPhone - but this is a long process and not something I want to have to repeat constantly.

3) A few of my playlists refuse to sync at all with my iPhone and aren't even present. On my laptop these playlists have a cloud symbol with a line through it next to them. Would like all my playlists to be syncing with my phone.

4) Finally, another issue I have isn't related to Apple Music but with iTunes, a problem I've had for about a year. When I add new songs from an artist I already have, iTunes sometimes doesn't recognise I already have songs from this artist and puts them as a new artist with the same name. This means in some incidents I have 4 or 5 of the same artist. I have checked that the formatting is all correct and no extra spaces etc. but it won't work. I have a fix for this also which is to delete the artist name and re add it, but this also takes a long time...

Is there a fix for these issues? If so, I would be most grateful for anyone's help or I may sadly have to consider switching to different music software (Spotify etc).

Many thanks,

Freddie Petch
