Can I split an internal FUSION Drive into an HF...

I have a late 2014 27-inch 5K Retina iMac, with a "Fusion Drive" composed of 1TB HDD and a 120GB SSD. This particular Mac has Yosemite (10.10.5) installed.

In order to do some testing of High Sierra, I wanted to create a new HFS+ Journaled partition using 200GB of the available 400GB, and once I install a bootable High Sierra, let High Sierra convert its installed partition to APFS.

Can I do that? Can the Fusion Drive setup have one Yosemite HFS+ Journaled boot partition, and one High Sierra APFS boot partition?

Here's the present configuration:

/dev/disk0

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *121.3 GB   disk0

   1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk0s1

   2:          Apple_CoreStorage                         121.0 GB   disk0s2

   3:                 Apple_Boot Boot OS X               134.2 MB   disk0s3

/dev/disk1

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *1.0 TB     disk1

   1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk1s1

   2:          Apple_CoreStorage                         999.3 GB   disk1s2

   3:                 Apple_Boot Recovery HD             650.1 MB   disk1s3

/dev/disk2

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:                  Apple_HFS Bertha's HD            *1.1 TB     disk2

                                 Logical Volume on disk0s2, disk1s2
