is any way to add or change sound notification ...

I have some hearing lost for high tones. I can't hear any sound notification when receiving text message on Apple Watch 3 or iPhone 6. I fill only vibration on Apple Watch 3. Is there any way to change to some notification sound for Text massage to be hear on the watch and or iPhone or both at same time? Notification for Activity or News are OK.

I understand you need to have lower tones for your notifcations on your iPhone and Apple Watch.  

On your iPhone, in the Settings app, if you choose Notifications > Messages > Sounds, you can choose a sound that works better for you. (Hillside, Radiate, Silk are some examples).  Or, you can choose Classic and get more options like Bark, Duck, Harp, Motorcycle, Old Car Horn, Strum, and Timba that have lower pitched sounds.

Once you've selected the tone you want for notifications for your iPhone, open the Watch app on your iPhone, and in the My Watch tab, tap Notifications > Messages and choose Mirror my iPhone.

Notification alerts appear on Apple Watch when you're wearing it and it's unlocked.
And you won't get alerts on your Apple Watch if you're actively using your iPhone.
To view missed notifications, swipe down on your watch face.
