How to manage large apps library, remote app ma...

I have  a large iOS app library (over 1500) and was using iTunes to manage my apps for each of my iOS devices - create menus, move apps from different pages/menus, reorganize sequence of pages.  I would often do a search by different categories and drag/drop apps into pages/folders.

Now that the apps function is removed from iTunes, how can I do the above management from my Mac?  To do this on my iOS devices is not effective, very cumberson to install and create multiple pages with multiple menus from the iOS device specifically.

Also, I remote support my parents and family members for their desktops and iOS devices.  For my parents, I would remote login to their Macs, download/install and setup the menu structures from iTunes and then sync their devices.  Now that iTunes no longer has apps, how can I manage iOS devices remotely to install apps, arrange menus etc...?

is there any equivalent to iTunes apps management available for the Mac or is all of it gone with this new iTunes release?  If it's gone with no ability to do this any more, to me this is a major step backwards and totally complicates the management of my apps as well as remote management with my family.
