PC users cannot use Itunes to update apps and b...

My sight has recently declined to the point I am having to use a big PC screen to update my Iphone and Ipads.

I'm not sure if Itunes is the same on a Mac but this sort of thing is intolerable for sight impaired PC users. Why is Apple forcing PC users into this position, is apple trying to force people that have Iphones, Ipads etc to only use Mac's ?

Apple support is a JOKE. I tried going through them, first I had replies from a support agent and next was a senior support agent who tried to side step the issue by referring me to other departments and to that black hole of nothing a 'Feedback' link .... !

Why Apple don't think these things through ? The vision Apple has is blinding the disabled.

No, it just sends vision impaired people away from clumsy Apple products.

I cannot call up any APPS on my Windows!  They aren't on iTunes, and I can't get to an App Store!  What's going on?  I'm not getting any more iPhone apps if I can't manage them on Windows.  Why is Microsoft more responsive and flexible to the customer here?
