Safari problems with YouTube etc.

Okay I love safari.

I have Chrome because the new Google Earth is legit.

YouTube hasn't worked well on Safari for ages.
Before the recent YT update:

After a few video watches, comments no longer appear and I would have to refresh the page to start to comment or even see other comments.

Post-YT update:

Now after viewing one video clicking suggested videos, loading comments, typing a video name and clicking enter, clicking the youtube homebutton and a whole lot of other stuff won't work without refreshing EVERY TIME.

Also my internet banking hasn't been working for a while.

My bank suggested using a different browser and Chrome handles all of this without fault.

I need help otherwise goodbye Safari.
