hello. I just bought this macbook air and after...

It sounds like the only reason why you would be getting an activation code request is you or the previous owner   Signed into Apple ID and did not complete the process as signing in to Apple ID requires to factor authentication and you could only be sent to a trusted device like another Mac, or iOS device.    Did you sign in to your Apple ID on the MacBook Air or did you buy this used?  You might need to contact the previous owner and have them give you their credentials in order to erase their Apple ID from that computer.    Or contact the previous owner and tell them to remove the MacBook Air from their list of trusted Apple ID devices.  

I can t do anything on the laptop. I already registered on my iCloud account on this macbook. Should I go to an Apple store?

So you bought this MacBook Air knew and were able to register it with your Apple ID? If that's the case, you should have received the activation code on another one of your devices such as an iPhone or iPod touch or iPad or even another Mac!    This is the only way to receive the code.

My account is new-new, I just did it after I turned on the macbook. I can't ask for a verification code.
