New Mac Mini got really slow

New Mac Mini got really slow, really really slow: Activity monitor shows root process "MRT" taking up LOTS of CPU and memory. It may be Apple's security thing running. How long will it take to complete it's task?

Lots of folks around the net having this same prob today

I used MalWareBytes free trial and it worked quick. No more MRT process.

So does this mean that MRT is mal-ware?
