It appears to be a genuine email from Apple. Hover over that link to Apple's ID page and make sure it goes where it says it does. It is correctly spelled, but it could simply be text with a URL that gos to a different site. Here's a link to the real Apple ID page.

You may have gotten the email if someone hacked into your account (guessed your password). I would go and change it immediately! A common scam of late is to for a crook to first lock you out of your own account by changing the password. Then they try to put your iOS devices in Lost mode and create an unlock code. The next time you turn your iPhone or iPad on, it will be locked and you will have no way of unlocking it. The idea is the crooks then send you an email demanding a payment to get the code.

It does address you by name, which most spam messages don't; and the sending address appears to be an apple.com one, though this could be forged. It's not possible to tell from an image (which by the way includes your email address, so I've asked the Hosts to remove it - it's asking for spam to post your address, even in an image). It's better to copy the contents of the message, remove your address, then post it - then one can check the validity of links.

However, it's easy to check on this one. Simply go directly to https://appleid.apple.com - do not follow the link in the message - and check there what your billing address is set to. If it's not correct, change it and change your password (sign out of iCloud on all your devices before doing this). Any problems, contact Support.
