Factory Reset.       I am trying to reset my iPad to Factory Reset but it continues to ask me for a password.  Where do I get the password from?

What password is it asking you for, what exactly are you seeing on the iPad's screen ? If you have activation lock enabled (Settings > iCloud > Find iPad 'on') you will be prompted to turn that off (which will require that account's password) prior to resetting the iPad (or, if you use recovery mode, after resetting it so as to reactivate it).
