iPad Pro problem

My recent purchase of an iPad Pro seems to have problem upgrading from iOS10.3.3 to iOS11.0.2 ?

I've tried to update twice but each time after updating I discover that the system is still showing Version 10.3.3 under the "General- About" Tab?

When I sign off, the red dotted indicator with the number 1 remains next to the "General" Tab and refuse to disappear even after I upgraded twice?

Upgrading is confirmed to have fail because I cannot access any of the new features found in iOS11.0.2

How can I overcome this problem? Can anyone help me here?
