Where are all my songs

I have had an iTunes account for a long time. Do to a tragic life event I know longer have my Mac's or iPhone.  I have a PC and a LG phone. When I try to acces my account it wants me to pay to join. I know I'm missing something as this can't be the case. I have hundreds of songs and still have an iCloud account.  I can't wait to be back in Macland as this is just killing me. Is there an itunes app for my poor android soul.  The one I got phone the phone place wants me to join and pay

Your music is not in iCloud, it's in iTunes in the Cloud which is not accessible except via the iTunes app. All of your purchases are still there (unless they have been pulled from the iTunes Store), and once you have either an iOS device or a Mac or PC, you will be able to download those past purchases: Download past purchases.

But you cannot do it on an Android.
