Not able to unlock my old iphone

Hi,

I am unable to unlock my old iPhone 5s and getting the error “This Apple ID can not be used to unlock this phone” while 6 months ago it was working fine and i kept it idle for 6 months as I was using iphone7 plus and iphone6S. Though same Apple ID is being used for all 3 sets but it’s not working for only iPhone 5S.

Please help me to get it unlocked. These all were newly bought by me.
