ATT activation not completed yet

Steps followed so far:

 

1.  Originally plan was a grandfathered plan, so received incompatible message when trying to activate.

2.  Updated plan with ATT.

3.  After reboots and clean pair of watch, go to set up cellular, login to ATT

4.  Asks me to select the plan and continue.

5.  Punch continue and absolutely nothing happens.

 

Note that watch is successfully logged in to icloud, etc and can see from my account on iphone and other devices.  However, one curiosity is that under cellular-calls on other devices, the new watch is NOT listed.  Am wondering whether this is related.

 

Anyway, still not activated and also wondering whether this is also related to the lack of info provided to ATT.

 

Looking for help..
