Public Beta Enroll fails

I am signed up for the Apple Public Beta program. However, I cannot enroll either my iMac for the OS 10.13 High Sierra beta or my iPhone for the iOS 11 beta. In each case when I try to download either the MacOS Public Beta Utility or the iOS 11 Beta Profile I get a page with a 404 Not Found error.

I have un-enrolled, re-enrolled, changed my Apple ID, tried a different browser (on the Mac) all to no avail.

I need help in solving this issue.

Sorry, but no one here can assist you with Apple beta products or the Apple Seed program. Apple also doesn't provide user support for the public beta program.

FWIW, the release of iOS 11 will be in less than a week and as a guess High Sierra won't be far behind, so there doesn't seem to be much point in installing either beta at this point, IMO.
