restored from icloud when should have set up as...

Son's 11th birthday tomorrow. Bought him a 6th generation iPod touch. Trying to set it up before he wakes up soon. During set up I was given option to restore from iCloud, iTunes or set up as new device. Stupidly chose iCloud thinking it bring over games but has instead added all my material etc to son's iPod touch. How can I start again?
