how can i cancel a payment of storage

Yesterday I paid 0.99 cents for a plan of 50GB per month.i need to cancel the pay, is there any way to do it avoiding calls? 

See Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support. It will cancel at the next billing cycle, next month. You cannot recover the current $0.99 payment but will not be charged in the future. You could ask iTunes Support for an exception if you want a refund: https://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.
