apple watch series3 airpods bluetooth problem

Hi, just got my new Apple watch series 3 and recognized a bluetooth problem when the airpods are connected to the phone and to the watch. When I listen music over my phone it works at the beginning, but when I´m then switching to the watch and try to stop or play music from there an error occurs. The conncection get lost and when im trying to choose Airpods again on the phone it accepts at first but after 10 seconds the connection is dropped again.

 

Would be nice if you could check the interaction of watch, iphone and airpods. In my opinion there is a bug in the bluetooth handling. All my devices are on the latest firmware.
