how to change photo on apple watch since new IOS

I just did the most recent update for my apple watch and now when I go in to change the photo for my background and use the Digital Crown to move around to select the photo that I want all it does is move the time up or down on the screen.  It won't take me to my photos to choose a different one.  Anyone know how to change the photo now since the new update?

To select a different photo, create a new Photo watch face:

• Customize your watch face

You can either keep your current Photo watch face in the collection on your Apple Watch (in addition to the new one) or remove it, as preferred.
