Want to report a fraudulent purchase on my iTun...

   Received an Invoice Receipt, via email, from Apple ID showing 2 purchases from the App Store. Not sure if this is a game, or what. Both items are "Heart of Vegas" - Play the Slots Casino 1. One was for 200,000 coins ($9.00) and the other package is for 900,000 coins ($40.00).

   I have the Order ID and the Document Number. There is a notation saying that Apple ID detected an unauthorized device is connected to my Apple ID. My account was Locked. I did go online and unlocked my account. However, I could not get my question answered.

   Help, if you can.



If you received an email about an unfamiliar purchase, or subscription, it might be a phishing scam. Don't call, email or click on any links. Just delete the email and you'll be fine.

 

To confirm if the purchase was really made, log into your Apple ID/iTunes account directly and check your billing or purchase history. If there really is an unauthorized purchase shown there, you can also file for a refund from there using the Report a Problem form.
