iCloud security compromised..?

When I try to login into my iCloud account, I receive a message that someone is trying to access my account from elsewhere in the U.K.

I have changed my password but cannot currently access my iCloud account

Any assistance or advice would be very gratefully received

It's most likely a message generated by you logging into your account. It's never accurate since it just uses your provider's details.

It says someone from Middlesbrough is trying to access my account but I'm based in London... have never been to Middlesbrough actually.

If you think it is safe, I will click allow access

If you are using two-factor authentication or two-step verification, that would explain it, since it uses the ISP information based on your IP address.
