PC Installed iCloud Deleted Outlook 2007 Contac...

Installed iCloud on PC using Outlook 2007.  It deleted all of my contacts and calendar items.  Tried everything to restore (using iCloud 'app' to turn "Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks with Outlook" on then off) and made sure the iCloud Outlook Add-in was active in Outlook.  I'm reading that copying the contacts into Outlook is not looking good either.  Any other suggestions?

I have an iPhone 6 plus too and was able to restore my contacts.
