why has safari suddenly stopped letting me acce...

Suddenly when I log into my Citibank Card I can no longer make my payment or read my e-communications.  When I click on the link to submit payment or read e-communication nothing happens.  I contacted Citibank and they said my account is fine and to make sure I had the latest version of Safari which I do and to clear temp internet files which I did and it didn't help.  This problem started a  few weeks ago and I haven't changed anything on my iMac.

How do I get it to work again?  I downloaded the Citi app to my iPhone to see if I had the same problem with my iPhone and it worked fine.  I had access to everything on my Citi account.  How do I fix the problem on my iMac?

If something’s changed on a website, it’s the site developers who you should ask about it. Some sites may limit available options in older browsers (for example, Netflix will not play movies in IE 6), but not in new versions.

I recommend that you check for updates.
