will Sierra degrade the performance
I have a MacBook mid 2010, currently running Mountain Lion. It's processing and response time leaves a lot to be desired. I see the spinning beach ball a lot but have learned to live with it.
I want to update it to Sierra for compatibility with other Apple mobile devices. However I am concerned that the performance will degrade even more so if I do. Is this a valid concern? Or should I just forge ahead and do the update?
I believe it conforms to all the specs Apple says are needed for the update.
