songs that worked fine now only play 20 seconds...

I bought 2 songs by Jojo in Jan 2017 that played for over 3 minutes each no issues. The last few months those same songs only play 20 seconds and cut to the next song. why did this happen and how do I fix it? They both still say the song is over 3 minutes long and I have not moved them or put them in playlists or anything. Help! It does the same thing whether i'm on my iPhone and on the MacBook, and my software is up to date.
