I received a computer from someone else. It hadn't been cleared and I looked up directions online. I went along with the steps it said to reset till a screen pops up. Then to go to disks and deleted everything. When I turned the computer off to hopefully have it be good as new the screen just showed an "

Resetting NVRAM could solve the problem.
