icloud in family purchases

Hi. I have my Apple ID and my wife and son, too (different accounts). I've activated "in family" purchases and in their account is present this option (related to my credit card). But when my wife tries to purchase extra-space in iCloud she is requested to fill a form with new credit card data. Any suggestion? Thank for the attention
