Yosemite 10.10.5
Hello,
An import of photos was performed using Image Capture in Yosemite 10.10.5
Somehow the import location had been changed to iPhotos, which doesnt exist on the operating system , but still appears as an import location with a crossed out symbol over it.
After appearing to successfully import these photos to this location, the photos can no longer be found.
Can someone explain if and where these photos were imported to if iPhotos doesnt exist on the machine?
a search of the latest All Files turns up none of the jpegs.
Did they actually import?
the photos are currently lost and deleted from the iphone, so any idea on this is appreciated.
thanks
