iOS 11/High Sierra: Can I set up iCloud Keychai...

I set up iCloud Keychain so that my information isn't backed up in iCloud. Worked fine with iOS 10/Sierra.

Did Apple abandon this possibility with iOS 11/High Sierra?

I can’t choose anymore between using the Security Code or setting it up without, which is the way to decide whether Keychain is backed up or not.

I don’t want my Keychain backed up at Apple, but enjoy the convenience of synced passwords.
