Problems with iCloud and iTunes

Greetings one and all.

I am currently in Saudi Arabia and was wondering if anyone else is having problems with iCloud and iTunes int eh Kingdom?

I use the provided internet from the company and also a Zain router, with both my iCloud email does not update on the iMail, nor does numbers keynote etc. with the iTunes updates they will start to download but never Finish. When I am out of the country all seems to be well and good.

Who would I address this to? Is anyone else having the same issues in this area?
