I have Iphone 5s and I cannt reset my apple id ...

I have problem to restart my Iphone 5s that I bought to my son since 2 years ago and he forgetted his security question but we have iphone pakage and yahoo and apple id after he tried to many times security question I think blocked and he dont remember exactly speling may be. Can we get any help to re activate the iphone. Regards

To reset an account's security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If you can’t reset them yourself contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Or for activation lock on the phone, and if you were the original purchaser of the phone (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the phone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
