Erasing an iPad

I want to erase all content on my IPad however it is set up with my old iTunes and iCloud account using an email I am unable to access and I no longer remember either my iTunes or iCloud password. Is there any way I can erase all content on the iPad without signing into the accounts first?

Do you have activation lock 'on' i.e. Settings > iCloud > Find iPad 'on' ? If you do you will either have to log out of the account prior to resetting the iPad, or type in the id and its password after resetting it in order to reactivate it. yes you could restore your iPad in DFU mode: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support but when you will to configure the iPad you must insert your old AppleID.
