Upgrade Quicken. You have a PPC version that cannot run on Lion or later.

Quicken 2007 v15.x is a PowerPC program and it will not run on Lion due to the lack of Rosetta.

In February 2012, Intuit released Quicken 2007 for Lion v16.x.

After literally working for 2-3 days to find "Quicken Download to enable Quicken 2007 to run on Mac OSX 10.7 LION" (at a cost of $15) I conclude it is no longer available if it ever was.  So sad.  I do not want Quicken 2015 and that appears to be the only Quicken available from Intuit to replace Quicken 2007.

Michael, you are my greatest hero ever.  After fighting for 2-3 days and getting nothing but very negative responses, or getting nowhere with Intuit, lo and behold I did as you said and got on Chat and Jibelle, a most wonderful lady, downloaded the Quicken 2007 for Mac Lion and I NOW HAVE MY QUICKEN 2007 SYSTEM with all my data which I had just about given up of ever seeing again. 

I simply cannot thank you enough, you epitomize the greatness of Apple and all their assistance I have received over the years.

Because I have Quicken 2007 installed on my Mac, the Chat lady said that the $15 charge was not necessary and proceeded to download the Quicken 2007 for Mac Lion modification in order to make my QE2007 work on my Mac.  It was a one minute download and I now have my Quicken data restored to my computer using Mac OSX 10.7.5 Lion.

And it works perfectly, so far!

You are VERY welcome! And be sure to report if you encounter any glitches. 

I have been using this since March 2012 with no problems; other than American Express abandoning QIF files and Citicards version of QIF seems to no longer work with Quicken.  I solved this problem with a separate utility I purchase, as my preference is to NOT go online with Quicken to all of my financial institutions and reveal my passwords to them!

Yes, call quicken support and they will hook you up with Quicken 2007 Lion compatible for no charge.
