Add text

I would like to take a text tone which I made (my own sounds, no copyrighted stuff), and use it on my iPhone without plugging in or syncing or having to do it involving my computer.

It is currently in my "Files" on my iPhone.

I do NOT want to have to plug in my phone and go through the whole Sync thing just to add it.

I make these often (I have a talking parrot who helps), and I just want to record it on my iPhone, save it in the Apple Message Tone/Ringtone extension (these two I have done), and then USE it on my iPhone immediately.

I have it in the correct format. I have it the correct length. It is saved as a text tone, not a ringtone or protected Apple tone or song or mp3 or mp4 or any of that. There must be a way to get it from my iPhone "hard drive" and put it into the text tones in settings (maybe through iTunes?) without having to plug in and do it all on the computer. Anyone got any ideas??
