My macbook pro is repeating alert sounds..

Hi, i have an important quetion i think. I shutdown my macbook and then i forgot to do my homework again, and then i turn on my mac again and it sounds like "Tuuut.....Tuuut" over and over. Its repeating like 5 seconds. I dont know what to do. The battery is fully charged but its still cannot turned on..

 

Please help me with this thing... Thank you
